Love love love Tiana! She is so understanding and friendly and is so great to work with. Even if I have bad days with my weight loss she is always there to help and keep you upbeat and on track! I lost almost 20 lbs in 2 months, as my current weight last time I’m this weight is about 14 years ago!! I never think that I can lost this much weight until i found Ideal protein!!
