Ideal Chevy in Avon tried to pull a fast one on my wife and I today. I talked to Justin on the phoneThursday 1-10-13 about leasing a Chevrolet SUV. We talked about the lease terms, down payment, mileage etc... (24 Month Lease, 15,000 miles per year...)I verified all details with him on the phone at least 3 times and he stated that he was on the same page. I would not recommend going to this dealer for anything! They have poor customer service and are very rude. Once you purchase a vehicle you'll have even more problems. If I could rate a negative number i would give them a -10!

I gave this dealershp a try after finding a coupon for a free NYS inspection in my local paper. While I waited for over an hour and a half for my inspection I observed another customer who was an elderly man with a walker being told by the service rep that some very routine maintenance to the old man's vehicle would cost a little under $2000.00 plus tax. They greet you when you come in. Show you a price and finance another with the finance company. Basically they charge you what you put down as financed. Then if you refer a friend they don't even send you a gift or thank you card. Don't buy from them unless you wanna lose money.
