I had an appointment at 9am yesterday for a follow up and waited 30 minutes and she never showed up. Called the salon and reached out to Ashley and received no call back. Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism. I understand things happen but at least have the decency to think of other peoples time.
Ashley did an incredible job with my eyebrows! She took her time doing measurements and preliminary outlines to get EXACTLY what I asked for, and it's done such a huge bump to my self esteem. I will absolutely be back.
