I can’t say enough good things about Ideal auto. They got me in quickly, great communication, and don’t charge an arm and a leg like the dealership was trying to. These are your guys!
Called about my brake issues, he told me he can get the car in immediately, drove to the shop, and was met at the door, the car went in and he called me in 20 minutes or so letting me know the issue, he ordered parts and got the brake pads and rotors replaced. He gave us discounted parts and had us back on be road in a hour and a half. Very friendly and very good work! Price was good, service was exceptional and let our dog in the waiting room while we waited on the repair!
