Best service I’ve ever had in Kamloops. Awesome kind people caring very fast service and it was a major job
Putting a 1 star because a Customer brought in his 1986 Corvette and the guy who worked on it is named Gary Lincoln. He blocked the customer refuses to take his phone calls and In reality has stolen the customer’s Corvette. Ideal automotive How can you have somebody like that working for your company? So you better fire the guy and give the customer back his Corvette. Hope this helps the public to stay away from a place like this.
Dario and the team at Ideal auto sure know how to treat clients fairly, respectably and value the point of repeat customers as business's should these days given the high rate of competition in the markets! Not just another group of scavengers! Highly recommended! You won't be sorry you visited but you will if you don't!!
Best shop in town. Good group of honest guys who don’t try to steal your money. Haven’t gone anywhere else for vehicle problems since I was recommended to go here. So go here!!
