DO NOT trust this company. Run by a bunch of scammers. I had a car warranty through them, and when my car ended up in the shop, they didn’t cover a single expense. My car sat in the shop for two months, and they kept promising the mechanic, “We’ll pay by the end of the week… next week…”—just more BS. Buyer beware! They will promise you the world. When it comes time to file a claim they won’t honor it. Joke of a company. I highly recommend not wasting your time or money. You call customer service or claim line and no answer (leave a voicemail). You call the sales line and immediate pick up. Lesson learned the hard way. Stay away!

I have an issue with my truck and and it took 3 days to finally talk to someone at Ideal. The dealership had the same issue getting in touch with them just to find out my truck isn't covered for the problem. I've been without my truck for 3 days now

I had a mechanic problem with my car. I received the authorization from MR SHAUN MICHAEL , they repair the car, I sent the invoice to him. I had to call this person multiple times but I never get the payment. This company is a total SCAM. Please read the reviews . Don’t risk any penny. How is this company in business?.
