Do not use this extended warranty company!!!! They promise the world but do not answer the customer line ever any time of day or night. If you call the sales umber you get right through. They want all proof of receipts for services done on the truck since purchase which was 2018. The Auto repair place did not know this for a month. We rented a car for a moth while waiting for them to send out their adjuster which never happened. We ended up paying seven thousand dollars for a new transmission, plus tow fees plus rental car. ... read more
Our auto repair facility has had the unfortunate opportunity to work with iDeal Auto Protect. Despite placing over 100 calls, we are consistently redirected to an unanswered voicemail after 3 minutes and 30 seconds. iDeal Auto Protect approved a repair a for a vehicle but has failed to issue payment or respond to our calls, voicemails, or emails. This lack of communication and follow-through has caused significant delays on getting the vehicle repaired and completed.

DO NOT trust this company. Run by a bunch of scammers. I had a car warranty through them, and when my car ended up in the shop, they didn’t cover a single expense. My car sat in the shop for two months, and they kept promising the mechanic, “We’ll pay by the end of the week… next week…”—just more BS. The shop finally got fed up and told me to take them to court. After reading other Google reviews, it’s clear—they’re total scammers.
