100% SCAM! My wife’s transmission went out and they wouldn’t repair it. They said that they didn’t cover that type of transmission but they allowed me to purchase the plan. Then customer service is a joke. I truly believe it’s one person running the whole business. They act like they transfer you but it’s the same guy with a Boston accent. Don’t waste your money!
This is the worst extended warranty plan ever
