Worst response...basically GOOD LUCK TALKING TO SOMEONE OTHER THAN THEIR ANSWERING SERVICE! I called 4 times over 30 days. They ALWAYS have their phones transferred. I was promised each time someone would call me in 24 hours. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK.

Worst warranty I’ve ever had and a waste of money. They don’t answer the phone for shops takes days when they do and don’t cover but a small portion of what they should. Don’t waste your money, I had 2 claims and I would have saved money just paying the claim and not having them. Go somewhere else, I’ve had others in the past that are much better. STAY AWAY!

STILL NO RESPONCE, GOING ON 2 MONTHS. THEY GAVE US THE OK TO FIX A CUSTOMERS CAR & THEN GHOSTED US. NOW CUSTOMER HAS ALREADY PAID HER PART & PICKED UP VEHICLE & WE ARE HERE HOLDING THE NOTE FOR THE REST!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE HEADACHE, SCAMMING COMPANY!!!!

This company has zero intention of covering any claim. They stall and come up with any and everything to keep from paying a single dime. Buyer beware. They will call you 100 times to get you to sign up. When and if you ever need them. They will get to you eventually maybe. And then 2 weeks later send someone to inspect the car. Worst warranty company on the planet. Finished a job for a customer back in April, customer paid there amount of the bil. Called the warranty company and get am answering service that say they will send a message to the warranty company for payment , but no one ever calls back. We still have not gotten payment for the work perform. Stay away fromt this company they are scammers and crooks .
