The manager Rob is very disrespectful and not sure he wasn't tring ro scam me. Said Republicans were not welcome here. Badgered me over a trump hat. He stalks people on Facebook and leaves threatening posts. Not the person to be in charge
Someone hit my car in a parking lot and my insurance company routed me to Ideal Body as an option for getting it repaired. Best decision I could have made. Jim made my car good as new and had it looking better than it did before I needed that work done. He kept me updated with progress, finished a little be ahead of schedule. My only regret is that I'm limited to 5-stars when a 6th was earned.
I had an amazing experience with Ideal Autobody! I got into an accident in January and my insurance recommended this place. They told me my car would be ready in 3-4 weeks and it was right on time. Jim also found my air conditioning was broken in my car (which I was unaware of, new used car brought in the winter) from a previous accident and went out of his way to fix that as well. I appreciate their kindness and communication. I will definitely be back soon!
