I've worked with Jim a couple times over the years. He's always friendly and knowledgeable. He handles all of the paper work through the insurance company, and his team's work is always impeccable!!
Dan , Jim , and Rob are the best guys around in the business. Rob is a master at his craft 1000% . The painter is great also. I would highly recommend this shop. You can trust them and thats huge today.
Years ago we did a lot of research on which body shop to use. We've used Ideal Auto Body three times and have been extremely pleased with their service, customer appreciation, honesty, and especially the quality work they do. I just picked up my Toyota Corolla who's trunk lid had a dent right on the crease where the horizontal aspect meets the vertical. The manager Rob is very disrespectful and not sure he wasn't tring ro scam me. Said Republicans were not welcome here. Badgered me over a trump hat. He stalks people on Facebook and leaves threatening posts. Not the person to be in charge
Someone hit my car in a parking lot and my insurance company routed me to Ideal Body as an option for getting it repaired. Best decision I could have made. Jim made my car good as new and had it looking better than it did before I needed that work done. He kept me updated with progress, finished a little be ahead of schedule. My only regret is that I'm limited to 5-stars when a 6th was earned.
