This company is amazing. I put in a repair request and they were able to schedule me quickly. Before they arrived mypart of town had a power outage. They arrived and after listening to my details of what the AC unit was doing prior, told me they knew what might be wrong and could check/fix without power. The tested the parts and replaced. When the power came back on I had a working central air AC unit. Definitely working with them again

Great service, super efficient and timely. Arman was so helpful in explaining everything we needed in repairs and provided great value at a convenient price. Workers were also very polite and left the workspace in a cleanly manner. I will definitely be contacting again for future needs!

My home warranty call selected this company to service my AC which was not working well as the valley started to heat up. Arman quickly called me to schedule his appointment at my house to service the unit. It seemed to function but then after he left, my issue seemed too persist. I called Arman who called me right back, and without hesitation, stated he would be back the next business day. He was not rushing out as we tested out the thermostat which seemed to be the issue. I called 2 different companies before calling Ideal. They both said whole system needs to be replaced and gave exorbitant prices. When I called Ideal they told me my system is in working condition and repairable, they came back the following day with a new part to replace and it’s been working perfectly since. Don’t be fooled by others, Ideal Air and Heating is the way to go.
