Kevin came out today to service (repair) our Aprilaire and did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable on all questions asked. I feel a little more educated after his visit. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with me.

Their sales rep was very informative about the equipment they’re going to install. They showed up on time on the appointment day. Everything was cleaned up and ready to go in 4 hours. I highly recommend this company if you need heating and cooling work done

Kevin was the technician who fixed our heater and discovered a minor gas leak near the system which he also repaired. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us multiple options to help fit our budget. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we'd definitely hire him and Ideal Air again in the future. Thank you so much Kevin!

Kevin from Ideal Air came out to do twice yearly maintenance on our furnace. He provided top notch service in a timely manner. He provided us with a thorough overview of everything he did. He was polite, personable, and knowledgeable. Such a great experience!
