Excellent service! They responded promptly and, more importantly, were completely honest. Our air conditioner is nearly 30 years old, and I expected to be pressured into replacing it. Instead, the technician thoroughly inspected the system, checked the refrigerant level, and told me everything was working well. There was absolutely no sales pressure—just honest, professional advice. It's refreshing to find a company that values integrity and puts the customer's best interests first. I highly recommend them!
Our water heater died on us on a Saturday. We called Ideal Air the next day. The owner Dan was extremely professional, friendly and went above and beyond getting someone out to replace it first thing Monday morning. Best HVAC service we’ve ever used. Trustworthy and reliable! Thank you Ideal Air!
