We had a gas leak coming from a broken gas valve in the furnace. Ideal Air came out promptly that same day to diagnose and ultimately resolve the issue by replacing the gas valve. Michael was very professional and explained everything well to put us at ease. It was the first time using Ideal air but I’d use them again for any future issues that arise.

We've had Seth here for an estimate and now a service call to replace the cold air intake. Super nice guy, very professional and clean. Ideal Air is a wonderful company and I can't wait to have them install our new garage heater later this month! Thanks as always Ideal Air!!

We had a great experience with Ideal Air from start to finish. Brandon worked with my hours (coming out earlier than they normally do) to come evaluate my system and provide me with a quote. The installation itself went smoothly thanks to Andrew and Pete — everything was done efficiently and professionally. That said, the real standout was Mike. Our technician, Michael, showed up on time and was familiar with our Lennox unit. He did a step by step check to rule out the simple issues. He quickly found the problem; a mouse had nested by the air intake tube and prevented the burner from igniting. I’d recommend Ideal Air. I like that there was real value received for the cost of service. I won’t use another HVAC company from now on!
