Zong arrived on time with a pleasant attitude. He got to work right away. He explained very thoroughly what he checked, what was great w/my system & what was needed. Zong came out to work on our cooling system. He was kind, respectful of our home, answered all of our questions and provided good information about what our system did/did not need. Very satisfied with the service we received from Ideal Air LLC!
