I can't give a review on this company as I've just phoned them for air-con servicing and although our house is in the very same postcode as the business itself I was told "you're out of the area!". What? OK, so apparently Ideal Air only work within a few streets in Kenmore itself. Don't bother with this company - go somewhere else! Good luck Ideal Air making your business work only dealing within part of one suburb! Oh and the call out (apparently) is $235.
Ideal Air is the best company I have consistently worked with over the years. When I sold real estate, my clients loved this company. In my personal life, they have saved me on more than one occasion! Whether my heat was out in the winter or the AC out in the summer, Ideal Air was always the company who could come out the quickest and had the most reasonable prices. My family and friends have also used Ideal Air and rave about how happy they are with the product and service!
