I had a nightmare with this company. Our phone system would go down on a regular basis and they would provide highly unsatisfactory customer service. The automated system would malfunction all the time and it hurt our business tremendously. Our client got mad at us as they could not reach us. We begged Ideacom multiple times but they were very rude and arrogant. They took complete advantage of the fact that we had signed a long term contract with them.
