This is maybe the 100-150th time (No exaggeration) that it is going off and it blares within the apartment with Windows/Doors closed. The homelessness around this area is absolutely terrible. And it is NOT solely because of The Salvation Army. No matter what they tell you or offer you. It will not make up for the sleepless nights and trash ridden streets.
