We were just in the showroom for 45 minutes without seeing or coming into contact with a single sales person from the lights by section. After walking the floor 3 times trying to get an idea of what we liked, a gentleman finally approached out of nowhere. He stated, “Do you have an appointment or are you waiting for someone? We are closing in a few minutes and you will need to leave then.” Disappointed that their customer service was so poor. What an awful experience.
