First of all i would like to say i visited ida hair salón in person and also talked to ida on the phone and was quoted a price and i asked her several times to clarify the price. The day of the appointment after she finished she told me another price. I told her thats not what she told me she got hostile and very rude. A true African. I told her i had no problem with the price just would have appreciated if she could have told me up front.
