Unfortunately Ida's isn't as good as they used to be. Or perhaps it's Redmond's location, I'm not sure? The past 3 times frosting is the only thing to boast about. Cupcakes have been dense and DRY. So sad, we loooooooved this go to.
Customer service especially during covid, for my daughter's 16th bday, gf, nut and egg free cake. Beautifully decorated. thank you 🙏🏼.
I have always been one of your biggest fans. Today, however, I came in to purchase a dozen cupcakes for a dessert tomorrow. Much to my dismay, not one of the 3 employees I saw, working and chatting side by side, were wearing masks. The very least you could do to attempt to make customers feel you were taking the minimum of safety measures. Hope you change your policy.

We take the safety of our staff and customers very seriously and are making every effort to comply with guidelines on these matters. Masks are NOT required behind the counters or in kitchens in any establishment at this time. Masks ARE required while interacting with customers, and all of our staff IS wearing masks at these times. We are more than happy to wear masks at ALL times when a customer asks, but it is not required by law. My son has Celiac Disease and it's so hard finding anything gluten free that tastes good. These were a HUGE win, he even asked me if I was sure they're gluten free ❤ THANK YOU guys for helping me save his birthday!!!
My daughter's 6th birthday was recently and since she couldnt have a party, she told me she wanted a unicorn cake. The cake I brought home from Ida's was a huge hit, not only did it look great but tasted great too. Thank you to the team at Ida's for making a little girls birthday great!
They did the cupcakes for my wedding, they were amazing and gluten free!!
