I used to love these cupcakes but I was at a giant wedding last night that Ida's was supposed to supply hundreds of cupcakes for-- something that had been planned for nearly a year and the bride got the news that there would be no wedding cake or cupcakes just before she had to walk down the aisle. The venue kindly sent someone to the grocery store to get some plain sheet cakes so there would be some form of cake. Calls, messages, and Facebook messages were not returned. Will never ever be a customer of Ida's again!

Ida's Cupcakes has the provided cupcakes and cakes for several hundred weddings since 2008. This is the first time something like this has occurred. Many of our brides have posted positive reviews on Facebook and we have received personal notes from many others. Of course the standard for any mistake should be zero and we have added to some of our procedures to make certain that this never happens again. Do not order from these people went to a wedding, they were suppose to have Ida cupcakes and they didn't even show up, couldn't get a hold of them, devastated bride, but they did make a healthy profit margin though since they were already paid for.........horrible
My husband and I were married in August 2013, and we recently went through the process of creating our wedding album. Looking back through the pictures brought back fond memories of the day, which included Ida's fantastic cupcakes! We were so happy with the cupcakes we received from Ida's, as well as our small cutting cake. Everyone of our guests loved the cupcakes; they were beautiful and reasonably priced.
