My fiancé and I just came in and placed our order for our wedding. Ida talked us through everything and was incredibly helpful. Not to mention the cupcakes here are delicious! And they offer gluten free cupcakes which is very much appreciated!
Best cupcakes in Bend! I ordered their "Cupcake in a Box" option online for my friend and it was a huge hit. I would highly recommend!
Twice now we have made orders, and twice now we have not had our order ready or even started at the stated time of pickup. The cupcakes are great but their management and staff are something not to be desired. I would only recommend getting an order put in and having a receipt or something written down proving your order as well as calling before pick up to make sure your order is ready so they don't surprise you with "we don't have your order" when you are planning on just running in to grab the cupcakes and go.

Our on-time rate is 90% but it is true that we sometimes get behind especially on weekends when we are trying to serve everyone wanting our cupcakes. Won cupcakes for birthday and went in and was told it wasn't a good time and they only had two cupcakes and was closing up early, super rude lady while saying this and will be telling the radio station where I won tickets about it.

These are the BEST cupcakes EVER! The selection is incredible--choose the cake and the icing to suit your mood that day plus multiple sizes! I'd trade ANY cake for a dozen! Great Job Ida's!!!
