This place is a nightmare. I had an appointment at 2 pm, first they say they won’t see me because the PCP is not in the name of the doctor Idania (apparently that didn’t matter the first 2 times I visited them but this time it did) took me 45 minutes to get the insurance to change the name. This is not their fault exactly but the lack of communication and expectation was exhausting and confusing. I was finally able to go in at 2:50 to sit in a room for an additional 40 minutes.
