Wife called to setup an appointment and was told she would be called back later. Never happened. I called and setup an appointment, they no showed and I've still yet to hear back. Their BBB accreditation was revoked. Red flags all over the place which makes me believe the positive reviews are fake.

Great service! Just make sure to replenish your minerals if you choose to get a reverse osmosis system. We had a bad experience after it made my kiddo magnesium deficient.
