This service was very unreliable when I utilized them. I communicated my office hours but they attempted delivery outside those hours. I would regularly run out of water and have to reach out to communicate with them to get the water. When I called to address this Tammy was argumentative, defensive, and not at all solution focused. It ended up being more efficient and reliable to have my water filled at Walmart.

NO BPA free bottles. Deal breaker. Because plastic leeches toxins & I'd PREFER NOT to drink toxic water. BPA is concerning to many because of the health effects and because human exposure to BPA is so widespread. BPA is an endocrine (hormone) disruptor. It can imitate the body's natural hormones and interfere with their function. BPA mimics the structure and function of the hormone estrogen. Due to its estrogen-like shape, BPA can bind to estrogen receptors and influence normal bodily processes. These include growth, cell re... read more

I have used 2 different water companies. 1st one was 8 years ago. 7 years, 6 months ago I switched to these guys. Scott's my fave but every person who delivered was great. Work office & home has had their water for the last 7.5 years. Tap water sucks! Dangerous. Price climbed along with everything else these days but it's an investment in your body for God's sake. FYI I don't give out 5 ⭐'s. Ya gotta earn it. Idaho ran & local.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I was using Idaho springs now for a little over a year now and I've had times where I emailed them the amount of water to drop off and they dropped off more then I ordered even after I made it clear in the email to leave 1 and take 2 empties. After they ignored my request I called in to tell the very rude lady that works the phone what happened she began yelling at me and then hung up the phone. This is the most rude dispicable customer service I've ever experienced. Do not use this c... read more
