Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did the orthodontist give you a good idea of what the final results would look like? Yes, an exact picture! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
