Worst customer service ever, poor treatment of customers they wronged
Great customer service!! They fixed my phone very quickly. In my opinion they do the best repairs in twin falls. Best bang for your buck!!!
This experience was from the Pocatello store, but same owners, business, and lack of care for their customers. Worst customer service I have received in longer than I can remember. AFTER a hack job on my device. The employee and owner were disrespectful, rude, and told me to take it or leave it. They went back on their word, basically called my husband a liar, and sent me out with a lesser product than I took in to them.
