These guys are frauds and crooks. Do NOT use them. I had an iPod screen replaced. They do not stand behind their warranty at all, they lied and claimed my sons iPod has been dropped to avoid replacing the cheap screen that was lifting after only two months. Stay away from this place!
My husband shattered the screen on his phone but didn't want to upgrade. We had another phone the same model with an intact screen. iRepair transferred the good screen to his phone for $40 plus tax, half the price we were quoted elsewhere. And done in 45 minutes! Thanks, Kasedy.

Terrible store! I took my tablet in because it has a cracked screen, they said they needed to order the part and it would take about a week, I had to pay up front. $80 and 5 weeks later NOTHING. They never got the screen, they never answered my phone calls and when I came to the store to see what was going on I was always met with disinterested and incompetent 'help'. Very frustrated I finally just asked for a refund and will go somewhere else!
