Disaster Kleenup helped us with some water damage issues we had in our home on two occasions. They were prompt and thorough in all the jobs that had to be tackled. Marcus always let us know what the plans would entail and who would be responsible for those jobs. May 5th Hans and Sam showed up to fix our flooding house, when our neighbor busted the irrigation line. May 7th Hans and Sam showed up quick again and quickly sprung into action for yet another flood. FAST, Friendly. Where can I start, if I could give them 0 stars I would. We had a house fire and they were the company that the fire department called. It all started out good. Joe Blackwood came to our house and got things boarded up that night, but that’s where the helpfulness ended. Our house was damaged but it was estimated to be back in our house 3-4 months later but it ended up being 8 months and the only reason it got done was because we fired them. Quick, reliable and professional! They helped clean up some mold in an attic on a pending home sale. It was done in a very timely manner and their staff was very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend them!
We were so happy with the service that Disaster Kleenup provided. We found out that our new dishwasher had been leaking for months which caused mold under our cabinets and flooring. They were quick to respond and their technicians were professional and fast. They made our process go so smoothly and I would definitely refer anyone to them!
Seth, from Disaster Kleenup, came to our aid when we had a toilet over flow in an upstairs bathroom. He was at our home within an hour of being notified! No one ever wants to deal with damage to there home but Seth helped make the process less stressful. He coordinated all the work with the contractors and they were polite and worked quickly. I hope to never go through a home emergency again but if we do we will call Disaster Kleenup!
