RecommendedI left a review here once before and couldn’t remember if I came back and edited so I figured I would leave a new one. We had front end damage repaired on a 2015 Sonata a few years ago. Bumper, grille, hood, AC condenser, and paint. Got it back and a while later found the air filter box mounts were broke. Definitely 5 star service here!! Everyone was so nice and helpful from start to finish. I brought my car in for an estimate and they got started right away! They provided a loaner car for me (no additional cost) since my insurance did not cover it, and they kept me updated on every step of the process. They said it would take 2 weeks to finish and they got it done in one!! There is also a lifetime warranty on all parts replaced. The employees at Addison Collision are beyond exceptional! They took over dealing with the insurance for me, worked with them to get me a rental car and took the time to make sure I understood the whole process. The repair took less time than expected and they kept me updated through the whole process. My vehicle is back to looking brand new and they washed and detailed it for me too! I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Excellent business for sure!
Took my car to have my door handle and a couple other things fixed and they got me in the next morning! Everything got fixed AND they washed and detailed it!!! Plus I got a t-shirt too! 😁. Everyone was so friendly, I would recommend them for sure!
They were efficient and very professional. Monica, in the office is a pleasure to talk with and keeps updating almost daily. In our opinion they are the best in Twin Falls.

Had someone back into my new ram 1500 denting side shattering tail light. Guy was way cool though found me gave his insurance and based on a recommendation from Tresca Mason took my truck their and after it was don't you could not even tell it had been hit. Sometimes the most amazing jobs with Auto body are the ones that look like nothing was ever done. These guys nailed it. Will only use them from here on out!
They won’t work with you if there’s no insurance involved I took my car in To get an estimate but since the guy that hit the car didn’t have insurance insurance Addison collision repair didn’t even want give me an estimate .
Amazing! I shopped around town and found their customer service to be the best. They were very through in their process and my van looked brand new when they were done. Thank you for such an amazing job! I highly recommend them!
