My primary care doctor sent over a referral for me to be seen. I have been suffering for over four and a half years. I saw St Luke’s Rheumatologist and she said “you definitely have something going on but I don’t know what it is.” I have three doctors on my care team who recommended I get a second opinion and see if they can figure out what it is. I have been a patient for 2 years. I have always received the best care, and trusted the Idaho Arthritis Team with my full heart. I am a 20 year old with arthritis and depend on my medication to function and work. I have been on my father's military insurance since I was a baby (Tri-Care.) I have never ever experienced a doctor that doesn't take my insurance and yet they called me today saying they will not take Tri-Care anymore. Unprofessional and disrespectful front desk. Those females need some retraining. I will not come back.
I have no complaints about service or staff at Caldwell Clinic However they will not allow me to be a patient because they don’t like my medicare insurance UHC they refuse to treat me even out of network I have also offered to pay out of pocket. They don’t care about me or the fact that I can’t find another rheumatologist taking new patients or that is not affiliated with IAC. I can’t change insurance until open enrollment effective in January 2024. So they have sentenced me to pain and disability. Shame on you Idaho Arthrit... read more
