The lady who measures you for compression stockings was very rude when I arrived to fill a prescription, I will not be returning it was an unpleasant experience
One of the worst experinces of my life. Had to call and ask for a transaction history for medication. Called and this very rude employee named Kelly-lyn told me to print it myself then hung up. pharmacy cannot deny a patient access to their transaction history unless there's a specific legal reason or a risk of causing harm. Pharmacies are required to maintain patient records, including transaction history, and provide access to that information upon request. This interaction happens everytime I interact with kelly-lyn.
