I had such a wonderful experience at this pharmacy! The service was exceptional, and I was so impressed by how clean, organized, and welcoming everything was. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Martin is swift and accurate. Treats customers with dignity and respect. Martin always makes sure your questions or advice is attained to. He maintains a welcoming environment while mentoring and supporting Pharmacy students who work along his side and supervision. Goes above and beyond my expectations. Respects your time and prioritizes it with ease.
EXCELLANT, FRIENDLY, SERVICE. WELL ORGANIZED, RELIABLE, CARING AND JUST THE BEST PHARMACY IN NIAGARA FALLS. USE TO SHOP AT SHOPPERS ON PORTAGE ROAD BUT SERVICE WAS DEPLORABLE, STRESSFUL AND UNPLEASANT TO DEAL WITH BUT IT IS NOT WITH I.D.A. MEDOWS. FROM A SENIOR CITIZEN.
Whenever I have dealt with the associates on the floor, they have been extremely helpful. And Martin is the most compassionate pharmacist I have ever had.
I had to go to see the doctor and was nervous, also apprehensive about where to go. I was greeted by a lady whose smile put meat ease. She showed me where I was supposed to go and took me right to the window. I just really wanted to say thank you (Linda?). Thank you so much for the support you didn't realize you were giving to a very nervous soon to be heart patient. In saying that, the management and staff are all amazing people to talk to. I am glad I made the switch to Meadows!!
