Called to inquire when medication would be ready for pick up. Simple enough. A woman, who already sounded like she hated her job, asked me for the name of the medication. When attempting to give her the name she suddenly became extremely rude stating that I should not interrupt her, however I WAS ATTEMPTING TO ANSWER HER QUESTION. I had such a positive experience at this pharmacy. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure everything is explained clearly. Prescriptions are always prepared quickly and accurately, and they genuinely take the time to answer questions and provide helpful advice. Brutal service, called to ask if something was on sale and was told to reference the flyer. The IDA at morningside and kingston gladly scanned the item while on the phone with me to provide pricing. It would have taken 2 minutes to do and was clear I was inconveniencing this employee.
