We hired them for our home remodeling project and had a great experience. The work was done professionally, everything stayed on schedule, and communication was easy throughout the project. Very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them.
Building an ADU felt overwhelming at first, but IDA Design & Build made the entire process smooth from start to finish. They helped with the design, permits, and construction, and always kept us informed about the progress. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The crew was professional, respectful, and paid attention to every detail. The project stayed on schedule, and there were no surprise costs or unnecessary delays. Our ADU turned out exactly as we envisioned—beautiful, functional, and built with high-quali... read more
Our realtor referred Dmytry/IDA to do an extensive remodel (kitchen, two baths, lighting updates, garage rehab) for a house that we were preparing to sell. Communication was excellent, cost was on time and on budget, and our house sold in five days. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism of this team!
