Loved it! Very excited and can't wait to see the flooring in the new build
We had a great experience with ID Flooring. We are very happy with the service they provided and our new carpet. Although there was a hiccup along the way with the carpet supplier, Chantel at ID Flooring kept us informed throughout the process and went over and above to ensure we had carpet installed that same week. Tyler and Lachlan did a great job of the installation and were very knowledgeable and efficient.

The team from ID Flooring were fantastic. Everything they said they were going to deliver, they did. When a day after install I had some small issues with the vinyl planks, they were really prompt with sending out Tyler to make good those, small problem areas. From Sam with sales, Tyler, Alex and Andrew with flood and install, to Dale with follow up on my concerns, we could not be happier, these guys really delivered on their product.
