Doctor Vipul listened attentively, addresses and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. I knew I had met with the doctor that would provide with not all only the best options for my particular situation. More importantly, he presented me with such clarity and made my decision to have him treat my problem confidently.
The check in staff was polite and very professional and courteous. Stephanie was very nice, and the lady in the lab took my blood was very very sweet. I regret that I do not recall her name. She had already inserted the needle and I was still waiting for the pain. I really did not detect that she had inserted the needle and was filling one tube of blood.
Although the knee infection was the most difficult health problem I have experienced, Dr. Savaliya and the staff organized the hospital and home support so well that I felt well taken care of. I would recommend ID Care to anyone needing similar attention.
Took my family for immigration medical check up. From setting up appointment, registration, consultation and check up process, all staff and physician you met were wonderful, professional and dedicated people. We then received the report and clearance a real quick.
Doctor savaliya is so a gentle and nice person. And of course he does a good job and so professional. His staffs all as sweet as him and so patient to explain everything to you. Front desk girls are the best, they answers with respect, no matter how many time you call.

I have gone to ID Care for a couple years and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received, Felt that I got the best possible treatment, I might not be alive if Doctor didn’t listen and insist I go to the Hospital and follow his diagnosis and recommended treatment! Very caring and concerned.
Very comfortable coming to this office on a semi-regular basis...Everyone is pleasant and takes the time to listen to concerns, etc.. At a time may have to wait little longer but I would expect it with good doctors.
id care is treating my father for last 2 years, I appreciate their services in office and at cape fear valley hospital, they respond quickly and address the issue immediately, willing to help just via phone calls when I’m unable to take him to office, I have bothered them numerous and they always provided excellent care without getting annoyed.
