ID Care - Infectious Diseases Specialty Practice provides excellent care, Dr. Vipul Savaliya and his assistant Ann Doty both provided us excellent care, their office staff, no matter how many times we call they help with happy face, it is easier to get in touch with them with their website idcarepa.com for nonurgent issues. They usually respond fairly quickly. They are the best infectious disease doctor around here and me and my partner continue to come here from South Carolina, we would highly recommend ID Care.

My experience was amazing and satisfying. I felt that ID Care staff was very interested in my father’s comfort. Everything was well explained. We never made to feel that caring for him was a burden. We had no reluctance to ask for what needed. On top of that medical outcome is great so far I would recommend ID Care and Dr. Savaliya to anyone who needs treatment for serious infection.

If you need an excellent doctor, go no further, I choose this clinic based on Google reviews, And after living in the town for five years finally I found genuine quality doctor that I would like to stay with, Staff is welcoming and personalize care, Dr. Savaliya is incredibly thorough and complete, takes genuine interest in you, Office is neat and clean, ladies in the front are nice.

I was beyond impressed with my experience at this office. My first contact was with his PA Wilson in the hospital and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind she was and how fast she was at getting back to me so I can quickly get out of hospital, I met Dr. Savaliya in the office after getting discharged from hospital, he even looked up the price of the antibiotic he prescribed so I wouldn’t be surprised at the pharmacy and printed off a coupon so I could save some money on it. My brother can’t hear and talk, they have even hired sign language interpreter, so far none the doctors we saw provided that service, we are very thankful to ID Care and its staff.

I’m taking my mother to this office for 2 years, they are still maintaining excellent standard of care, I have called so many times even for small reasons but they always address it with happy face. I wish my primary care doctor’s office shows same courtesy & unfortunately this practice doesn’t see patients for primary care.

Finally cape fear refer us to infection specialist, Extremely professional! The front office staff is the best, the office is very nice, I received so much important information and felt so well cared for, that I recommended my mother to see them.
