I am so, so thankful ICT Therapy Works exists. Such a wonderful, compassionate experience with them. You do feel that they care about the wellbeing of anyone and everyone which feels rare these days. Specifically, Renae McFalls is just THE BEST in my opinion. Highly recommend this place.
Getting ahold of anyone in this office is hard. Leave voicemails just for them to never be returned. Half the time the wrong insurance was billed. The office itself is cute, has a great area for drinks and coffee, but the therapy rooms are very thin, to the point that I could hear other's convos during my session even with the white noise machines. Leaving a comment on my therapist here feels wrong, so all I'll say is that I have found services elsewhere better suited.

I canceled and missed student appointments because this therapist wasn't helping me. I call to find another option and Alica had an awful tone with me when explaining this had happened. She even kept saying if I wanted to put down insurance they could help me. Not everyone has insurance and this tone had me feeling like she looked down on me for it. Still had this tone when I expressed nobody had told me that I had been removed. This place definitely isn't here to help. Just here to shrug and take money.
Guy made my day and gave me some flowers cool people :)
