If you are on Medicare don't waste your time with this business. They say they are in network but they want you to pay $100 for the initial visit and $60 to $80 per visit afterwards. I called my Advantage plan and they told me I should not pay more than my $25 co-pay for any services. When I explained this to Mr Reals he basically called me a liar and told me if I wanted his services I would pay the $100. Bottom line in my opinion they try to suck Medicare patients in so they can get in your pocket. Don't fall for it!
