It saddens me to have to write this but Evo Merchant Services (management is out of Upstate NY) has literally taken $5,600 from my non profit organization after asking to close my account in 2019. In summary, I was using an excellent company called Merchant Services. I ran all my credit card transactions with this company for several years. In 2019, suddenly and with NO NOTICE, Evo had bought them out and took money out of my account without any notice or communication. I called to try to correct this.
