ICS superintendent Mike Coddington is a liar and does not care about treating employees well, he will dog cuss you, try to keep your tools, and you will regret working for him. They tax your per diem and I've never worked for any other company to ever do that in my 10 years experience they are the worst company I have ever worked for. The last two years in a row that I've worked for them they have had work related injuries and will try to do anything to keep you from being compensated.
