ICR and their agent Faisal are liars and scammers. They wanted to keep our security deposit of $2000 by lying about too many things to list here. I will give a couple examples. When we gave notice to RiverFront, Faisal said we installed curtain rods in the 2 bedrooms so they would have to remove them, fill holes and paint. They would charge us $1000 to do that.
