Terra Rosa Condos are undergoing water line replacement, and fiber upgrades with Sasktel. For the entirety of this project water was been shut off for 8 or more hours several times over last few months and no emergency water was/has never supplied, ICR cuts corners but sure bet your condo fees will go up every January while services provided for those fees goes down.
