After over 7 years living in a building managed by ICR, I have nothing positive to say. Both emails and voicemails get ignored, and major issues get dismissed.

Faisal was dishonest and misleading. At the end of the contract, significant money was taken with no legitimate justification. This felt deceptive and unprofessional. I regret trusting them and do not recommend working with Faisal under any circumstances.

I am extremely unsatisfied and truly feel that I was treated unfairly by ICR Commercial. Over the past week, I’ve felt very upset and mentally exhausted because of how my move-out was handled. It was such a stressful experience that I never want to go through anything like this again. When I first moved in, I believed ICR Commercial was a reliable and professional company.
