Dear all clients of Iconic Property Mgmt, Heather Carpenter and Jesus are a couple of crooks. Iconic Property management offers terrible services as a tenant my washer was broken for 43 days (smoking and sparking) and was never fixed. They have broken every law under the sun and made me vacate 1601 Kettner blvd before my lease was up. They were legally required to send me my security deposit back by 2/17 and everyday I call and email and Heather and Jesus reply "it's on the way" these are scam artists and terrible people.
