I’m in the best shape I’ve been in in a long time since joining Iconic Physique. It’s helped me build real consistency and discipline, and the workouts are always challenging in the best way. The trainers and members are incredibly encouraging, and the environment is both supportive and fun. I especially love the creative themes and variety—you’ll never get bored. Highly recommend!
Been consistent ever since I joined. Results progress after each session which is definitely worth it. Hoping for Friday evening sessions as well, it would be a great addition to the weekly workouts.
I’ve been training at Iconic Physique for the last 3 months, and joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. One of the best gym experiences. Everybody will feel like family after a while. Coach Deron and Coach Corey are Beasts. Small girlies look for gains or weight loss come out and join. Started at 103lbs, 3 months later I’m at 116 lbs!
I don’t want to select a particular trainer because honestly, they’re all amazing. Aline is the best encourager, Corey knows how to meet you where you’re at, and Dee pushes you just enough to make you wanna do better. If you find yourself thinking that you can’t do something, they’ll help remind you that you can. This gym makes you challenge yourself. No matter who you are, you’re never too old, you’re never too far gone to be a better version of you. This gym is a treasure and I’m so glad I found it
