We had nothing but problems trying to get Ifonic to perform warranty work. They refused to honor warranty because I put a bad rating on google. Finally had another garage door company come out and they said that our new doors were of high quality but the installation was terrible and dangerous. I would not recommend this company.
Jay and Jeff of Iconic Garage Door Services made a same day repair of my garage door yesterday. They were on time, professional, friendly, and fair. They diagnosed the problem, presented options without pressure, provided an estimate and then performed the repair in accordance with the estimate. They also spent time to provide maintenance information and discuss issues that I should watch out for.
