Dr. Ramsey was amazing! I found his practice because it was the best reviewed on Google in my area. Well, Google was right! The customer service from making the appointment all the way through check out was excellent. My husband and I both got a vision check and new glasses and we love them! Dr. Ramsey has a real eye (no pun intended) for what looks good on your face and I’m so happy I went with his recommendation. This is the best eye care experience I’ve had in my adult life. I left more educated about my vision and how Iconic Eye Care hopes to help me improve it. Also, this is the first time ever that I was able to walk away with a trial pair of contacts in my eyes. Other places have always taken 1-2 weeks to order them after my visit. This was much more convenient.
I have been to many eye care professionals but never one like this! Dr. Ramsey is amazing and knowledgeable. He tapped into my families history to customize my exam to best fit my needs. The staff was super friendly. The office was clean, bright, and welcoming. However, my favorite part of the visit was the unmatched selection of frames that the store carries! I was so tired of the cookie cutter look. Iconic even has their very own line of frames! One for everyone's personality. I would highly recommend them!
I have been going to the optometrist almost every year since I was in middle school and I cannot recall to memory having a more thorough examination than I had today with Dr. Ramsey. He was very attentive and informative about the health of my eyes. Iconic Eye Care's staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. They have an eclectic selection of glasses! More versatile than the average place. The only problem I had was choosing one frame! So many favorites! I highly recommend Iconic Eye Care to EVERYONE!!!
