, i just got a letter they went bankrupt! a subcontractor we did a job for them at 16 handles in Teterboro NJ, the job was done late October of 2017 and we still have not been paid after numerous calls emails etc, I spoke with the former manager of the job we did, he no longer works for iconic construction because they could not pay his salary, he said Iconic was paid in full for the work we did and all subs did at 16 handles, yet they kept the money and did not pay the subs, "They stole our money" the manager of 16handles h... read more

Horrible contractor (Costas Vafiadis as the owner). We were a subcontractor & never got paid for job done at 16 Handles, Teterboro, NJ back in October of 2017. They never answer phones and when they do Danielle A & Keara D lie & deceive that they're waiting on payment from the owner while the tenant 16 Handles paid them months ago. Do yourselves a favor & run if you get approached by this scam-artist company.

I can support the 2 other reviews!! i wish there was a half star rating because a 1 star is by far too much.... if you pay your bills i will remove the review!!!!!!
