ICON FIT WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CARD AFTER YOU CANCEL IN WRITING!!! I was a members of Icon Fit for 3 years and as a gym is is 3 …same price as John Reed with less amenities and gym space but as a gym if it just fine. I canceled my membership TWICE in writing and they have charged me monthly for over 8 months. I have had to report them for fraudulent charges TWICE and they have continued to charge me 9.99$ a month for the last 3 months as “ABC FITNESS”…be warned and do NOT sign up here.
Been coming for 3 years now and love everything about this gym. The sauna ice bath combo by itself makes the membership worth it in my opinion
Charged for annual fee after membership ended. Management totally ghosted me when I asked about it.
Overall this Gym is great, amenities is okay. Steam room is not the cleanest and doesn’t always work. Sauna is very nice, but I saw someone come in with shoes on which is a big no. Towel service is amazing. For the price, they should do a little better and be more strict when it comes to wearing shoes in the sauna.
Close too early on weekend Wish it can extend to 7pm.
