Beautiful hotel! Great stay!
The front desk associate named "VALERIE" was extremely helpful! At first i wasn't sure if I was at the right location! But, because of "VALERIE" she made me realize I didn't have to look no further! Ever question she was spot on! Made me feel like this was the best place for my stay!

The hotel really sucks. We booked two rooms for two nights. For some reason we could not check in. The agent (Expedia) talked to the hotel on the first day, the hotel manager called Michael still insisted to charge us for two nights. That is not reasonable at all. If your customers cannot check in and the agent called to cancel the reservation on the first day, charging one night is reasonable. Not reasonable to charge both nights. Greedy hotel greedy manager.
