Room ready awesome went down from there…AC non existent refrigerator also not working. For the expense of this hotel unlike the Windrift. Worst vacation start and the worst birthday ever. August 11th 2025…not something I want my grand babies to remember 😩😩😡😡

The ICONA Avalon is a splendid place for a relaxing vacation. You have your choice of pool or beach for the young ones. Rooms are clean and new. Very helpful and attentive staff. I forgot to pack my toothbrush and they have them at the front desk. 3 food options with restaurants and dining. Quick and easy by the poolside or elegant inside. Also great for events such as high school reunions and weddings.
My first time staying here was a 3 night stay for my Birthday get-a-way!! The hotel was lovely, having the pool-side food & cocktail service was a bonus! Also enjoyed the sand bar with live music and dining options. Ate at the Beer pub in the hotel, which was pretty good. Prime steakhouse was Amazing!! The best part was having someone set up your lounge chairs & umbrella at the beach every day, complimentary. Shuttle service to Stone Harbor was also a Plus!! Courtney was such a great server outside in the sandbar. She has a beautiful smile and got everything we needed!
