RecommendedI love being a resident of Icon, the staff is so accommodating and friendly. I've locked myself out in the middle of the night and they came right away, Greg is the best!! moving in was easy and Kira made my move in convenient to MY schedule! I love having a dog wash available (no hair in my tub!) and the roof top patio is so relaxing! I can't say enough, great place to live!
I’ve lived in ICON for almost 2 years now. Very convenient place to live. With in walking distance to some of Syracuse’s best restaurants and nightlife. Interior of apartments are modern. Staff all super friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend looking at ICON if you’re looking to move to Downtown Syracuse.

Icon tower is an incredible building to live in. It is super clean, modern, & everyone is very friendly. Our move in experience was great. It instantly felt like we were home because of the kindness and helpfulness we were welcomed with. The people who work here go above and beyond to make sure that they are available to help you with whatever you may need. Maintenance issues are fixed almost immediately, something I’ve never experienced before until Icon Tower.
Absolute favorite place i've ever lived in Syracuse! Great location, great amenities, great staff (Gregg and Marion).
Very professional staff, with a great central location, and a secure building. Couldn’t t ask for a better place to call home.
