My son and I had our hair done today, and I love it. I went in not having any idea as to what I wanted done, and walked out feeling like a million bucks. Great customer service, friendly and relatable conversation (even with the teenage boy who still knows everything there is to know about everything... sorry). I love the style I walked out with and the fantastic tips for hair care between visits. I will be back. Thanks Ladies.

Customer service is absolutely amazing, very kind ladies, walked me through the process of what was happening to my hair, and very good conversations too. Super down to earth people, always looking after my comfort for the entirety of my appointment. I got the most excellent results for my hair. They also have reasonable prices and I’m very happy with the whole day! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone ☺️
Oh what a relief to find Icon Salons and all the lovely people who work there as a team to ensure such fabulous hairdressing ! Today as a first-timer there, newly in the Bay, and so nervous about getting my hair done … all my concerns faded away as I left feeling like I had been treated like a valued long-standing client, and given the most fabulous cut and colour (balayage). Thank you Bailey and all so much for making this transition a breeze! 💗💗💗
