Communication on our move out was very poor and rather than take responsibility for that I was told 'it's in the lease' on some pretty big and inconvenient details. Forgot an item and emailed to ask them to try and save it and heard nothing back, concierge basically refused to catch any packages that may slip through after we move out said it will most likely be sent back because there are just too many residents.. not impressed, they may wow you on the way in but service will go down when they have you on the hook.
