Its all about greed. Call them a long-term hotel company because few tenants stay more than a year. Moving in, moving out. And all that moving impacts other tenants and common areas that are a mess. Move in and theyll **** the tent exorbitantly after the first year, and every year thereafter. They give notice of construction projects and ************ couldnt care less if they are disturbing you. If I could give zero stars, I would. They are the worst management company I've ever dealt with. They were worst at responding back to complaints regarding living conditions at the apartment. Never forthcoming with communication that should have been a priority. My AC unit was stolen from a storage unit which they showed no interest in resolving. Prior to us moving out, we had random people showing up at our apartment to see the unit with no prior notice whatsoever. They never fixed what we asked them to fix and turned aroun... read more
