We started hearing scratching noises in the ceiling late at night and honestly thought we were going crazy. Nima came out the next morning, inspected the attic and roof carefully, and found the entry point within minutes. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t pressure us into anything extra. Very professional and respectful. So far the noise is completely gone.
Nima was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the moment he arrived. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel much more comfortable about the situation. The service was detailed, thorough, and reasonably priced.
