We set up this service last year after a rat was found roaming around the house. We were mortified. Icon came and set up the boxes and within 2-3 days he was gone. Fast forward to 2025, a mouse seems to have died in the walls and the smell was disgusting. We were literally vomiting. I called and asked for a same day appointment which was available. We had a massive hornet's nest in our backyard tree. Kevin came to inspect it less than 24 hours after we initially called. He quickly got to work and removed the nest for us. He was friendly, patient with my questions, and very professional. We would definitely recommend Kevin, and Icon Pest Control to everyone!
