Arshan did an excellent job helping us with a raccoon problem. He made sure the animals were removed safely and without harm. What impressed us most was that he followed up afterward to make sure everything was okay. He was always quick to answer our questions and provided outstanding customer service.

We started hearing scratching noises in the ceiling late at night and honestly thought we were going crazy. Nima came out the next morning, inspected the attic and roof carefully, and found the entry point within minutes. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t pressure us into anything extra. Very professional and respectful. So far the noise is completely gone.
