Judging by the reviews i think ownership must’ve changed. The people there now are rude and liars. I bought a car from them on 4/30/2020 and still have not gotten my tags. They blamed it on covid-19 saying the office was closed and i wouldn’t get pulled over. Well i did get pulled over and was given a ticket. I called up there the next day was told the same thing. I had such a GREAT experience with Icon Motors. On our first visit Katie came out and greeted us and pointed us in the right direction of what we were looking for. I did the online application and their turn around time was hella fast. With it being tax season and so many people coming and going, I wouldn’t expect to be remembered after my short visit. You’ll notice these guys are not very responsive to questions asked on their posts. They answer only the ones they can with a “positively” appearing answer. These are the people you want to steer clear of!! Check out “Lane’s Vehicles”, they have awesome customer service & will provide to you a vehicle in wonderful condition, fully detailed, and to your satisfaction, a great warranty.
